Theo has been working with creativity for 9 years and in advertising for the last 5. He started out illustrating for games and ended up doing a bit of everything — producing and recording music, animating indie short films, and exploring all kinds of formats. Creativity has always been his drive, no matter the medium. He found his place in advertising as an art director and multidisciplinary creative, using everything he’s learned along the way to bring ideas and visuals to life.

After beginning his career in the games industry at Activision, he spent time at both major publishers and indie startups before going on to lead award-winning campaigns for breakout hits Fallout: New Vegas and Dishonored at Bethesda.
At agencies such as AKQA, Regi honed his craft in storytelling, UX, and creative technology. Throughout his career, he has directed innovative and immersive campaigns, products, and experiences for global brands like Puma, Ubisoft, Activision, and Bose.

With 18+ years of professional experience, Pedro is a Brazilian/Swiss designer and creative director, working in the intersection of digital products and branding experience. He plays a central and strategic role across all stages of a project. From understanding business strategy, until delivering final prototypes - creative outputs to solve real problems.
A team player, believer in the power of collaboration and teams diversity. Also an enthusiast of creative frameworks between men and machines (AI).
